The UK arm of the Danish family-owned veterinary equipment supplies business Kruuse has appointed Barry Hughes as territory manager for central England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Mr Hughes has over 38 years' experience of the veterinary instrumentation and pharmaceutical sides of the industry, and his career includes spells with Arnolds, Boehringer Ingelheim, Ciba-Geigy and Norbrook. Kruuse UK's country manager Andrew Groom says: "Barry's appointment illustrates the company's on-going commitment to provide vet practices with a high level of service through greater support out in the field."
