As fatal fish disease viral hemorrhagic septicemia (VHS) spreads through the US Great Lakes region, the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has revised its Federal Order covering imports of fish. The Federal Order was first issued in October 2006, but the spread of the disease, and increased awareness of its impact on a variety of fish species, has led to the amendment....
