Frank Sterner is the VP of biotechnology

Lohmann Animal Health has appointed Frank Sterner as its new vice-president of biotechnology.

Mr Sterner joins the company from a major pharmaceutical business, where he worked in biological product R&D.

He has also worked for Maine Biological Laboratories and Perdue Farms.

In his new role, he will be responsible for production, quality control, regulatory affairs, R&D and process improvement for operations in the US.
