The Animal Pharm Awards 2007, taking place on September 25th, will celebrate the very best of innovations by individuals and organizations in the animal health industry.

 

To be held at Gibson Hall, London, the event will formally acknowledge the scientific and commercial efforts in the industry across 12 categories. This year’s categories include Animal Health Company of the Year, Veterinary Product (for livestock and companion animals), Achievement and Contribution by a Small Business, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

 

Three new categories have been introduced this year: the BVA Veterinary Laboratory of the Year, Contribution by an Academic or Scientific Institution and Leader of the Year.

 

The awards evening is a culmination of many months of hard work by the whole of the industry. The hopeful entrants this year include the likes of Janssen Animal Health, Pfizer Animal Health, Genitrix Animal Health and Nutrition, MVP Laboratories, Eurovet Animal Health, Heska Corporation, Indian Immunologicals and Merial Limited, to name a few. And a remarkable panel of 12 judges, including industry leaders such as Raymond Harding, Tony Mudd, and Harold Wilder, who have spent many hours meticulously marking to ensure the best contenders win on the night.
