Jamie Day, Editor
Jamie Day is also the editor of Informa’s UK agribusiness title Agricultural Supply Industry (ASI). Jamie completed a degree at in agriculture at Reading University, prior to spells working in practical farming and lecturing in crop and livestock production at an agricultural college. In 1990, he joined the British Pig Association as commercial manager, before moving on to the United Kingdom Agricultural Supply Trades Association (UKASTA) in 1994. He joined Informa to edit ASI in 2000

Sita Shah, Deputy Editor (Latin America, Southern Europe)
Sita Shah completed a postgraduate degree in journalism in 2003 from the University of Westminister. She worked as a Latin American writer for Nicholas Hall, which provides data and analysis on the OTC market, before joining Informa in 2005 as a reporter with Spanish for Scrip. Sita spent 18 months there before being promoted to the position of deputy editor for Animal Pharm at the end of 2006.

Mark Lancaster, Commissioning Editor, Reports & Directories
Having read English & European Literature at the University of Essex, Mark Lancaster worked for a government department until the lure of the publishing proved too much. Prior to joining the Animal Pharm editorial team, he began his career with Informa Healthcare as a researcher, working across the departmental needs of the company. He is now busy developing new products for the Animal Pharm brand.

Max Thomas, Reporter (Central & Eastern Europe)
Max Thomas joined Informa Healthcare in 2003 after completing a degree in languages and spending a short time as a translator. He is responsible for Animal Pharm's coverage of the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, and Australia and New Zealand. In his spare time, he is studying part-time towards an MA in linguistics.

Richard Daub, Reporter (North America)
Richard Daub graduated from Oneonta State College in upstate New York in 1995 and received a Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in business. He then moved to Seattle, Washington, where he honed his writing skills, and then briefly moved to California to work on a novel. He then moved ‹ back to New York and landed a job with Veranda magazine before moving to Baltimore, Maryland and writing for The Erickson Tribune. From there he once again returned to New York and joined Animal Pharm in October 2006.

Tove Gerhardsen, Correspondent (Northern Europe)
Tove Iren S. Gerhardsen has a BA in journalism from Brigham Young University, US, and a MA in Development Studies from the London School of Economics. She worked for three years as a reporter and Northern European Editor for Scrip and is currently Associate Editor for the newsletter Intellectual Property Watch in Geneva, Switzerland.

Jo Power, Sub Editor
Jo Power has a degree in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London. She joined Informa in 2000, working as news reporter on ASI.

Salina Christmas, Web Editor
Salina Christmas researched for The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) in 1994 while reading English at university. She then reported for another daily, the Sun (Malaysia) from 1995 to 1998. From 1999 to 2001, she was Assistant Editor for Frontline Solutions Europe (UK), an IT magazine which focuses on technologies within the supply chain. In 2001, Salina retrained as a web editor and photographer. Before joining Animal Pharm, she was the Web Editor and Journalist at TheMoodieReport.com.

Helena Jensen, Publisher
Helena Louring Jensen has worked in journalism and publishing for some 15 years, seven of those in B2B publishing with Informa Healthcare and its predecessor PJB Publications. Before that, in a reversal of the usual order of things, she worked in marketing and corporate communications in the engineering, accountancy and aged care sectors. Her journalistic career was highly diverse, including current affairs reporting, sports reporting, health and social affairs and agriculture across newspapers, radio and television before joining Animal Pharm in 1998. She took on the role of publisher for the Animal Pharm portfolio in February 2006.
